ASME Quality Assurance SystemWe have established our ASME Quality System according to the standards published by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the regulations published by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors.We abide by Books 1&2 of the 8th Volume of the ASME Manual on the Design, Manufacture and Assembly, while also following the NBIC Maintenance Recommendations. With the assistance of the ABS Boiler and Marine Insurance Company, we have built our ASME system and obtained the U,U2,R Certifications for our sites at Gaoxianghuan Road and Jinwen Road, in the Shanghai Pudong New Area, and at Sensong Road, Changjiang Town in the Jiangsu Province. Quality System of Pressure Vessel Design and Manufacture We have obtained the Chinese Pressure Vessel Manufacture License (levels A1 and A2) and the Chinese Pressure Vessel Design License (Levels A1, A2 and SAD). We have established quality management systems of manufacture and design on the basis of the following license documents: - The “Basic Requirements on Quality Assurance System for Special Equipment” - The “Supervision Regulations on Safety for Special Equipment” (No.549) - The “Supervision Regulations on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessels” - The “Requirements for Boiler and Pressure Vessel Manufacture Licensing” The Quality System Documents are divided into four categories. The first category is “Quality Assurance Manuals” which define Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and Management Responsibility. The second category comprises the “Management Procedures” (21 files in total) with their supporting documents for each department. The third category comprises technical documents. The fourth category comprises records and tables. |
